Covers dust-dulled, scuffed, with edge wear. Endpapers ragged at edges and coming loose; title page apparently lacking between colour frontispiece and first text leaf. Text block cracked in places, but all leaves secure. Internally clean for the most part, with faint foxing only, save for one illustrated leaf coloured in red crayon by a juvenile hand.
