Leather spine cover with raised bands and a red leather label; gilt-tooled, if now faded and dust-toned. Minor marginal worming from the front through p. xii, with text unaffected. Front leaf torn; t.p. and rear leaf slightly creased. Text block remains tight and very clean on the whole, showing only the faint and sparse foxing and offsetting of age.
