Corners, joints, and tailband somewhat rubbed, with some minor tearing and loss to the headband. Marbled endpapers. Contemporary reader inscription (1827) to title page. Pp. 430-431 show an ink-stain, with text remaining legible. Text block remains otherwise tight, strong, and reasonably clean, showing only the faint dust-dulling expected of age.
