Contemporary gift inscription (1923) to front pastedown, along with evidence of a removed mounted label. Frontis plate retains its tissue guard, from which both the plate and the title page are faintly and uniformly shadow-stained. Preliminary and final leaves lightly foxed, with the interior remaining tight, bright and clean; a well-preserved copy overall. Item #461760
