Long split along volume 1 joint, attached only at the tail; some scuffs to volume 2 spine cover. Both spines somewhat sun-toned and rubbed at the endbands. Both volume 1 hinges cracked, with text blocks somewhat cracked at points in both volumes; mull and sewing holding secure throughout. Some light preliminary foxing, with both core text blocks bright and clean overall. Remains a very serviceable set. Item #460490
