1874, New Edition. London : John Camden Hotten. Poor copies both in full leather bindings with all boards detached. Spines heavily worn, lacking some compartment covers and most of labels. The leather boards themselves, decoratively gilt-blocked, are reasonably well-preserved if showing the expected wear of age. Preliminary and final leaves are foxed, as are the edges, but the core text blocks are notably bright and clean with strong leaves. Despite substantial evidence of use, in many respects a very well-preserved set. Item #455878
