Awarded to Bessie C. Sachs on 10 January 1944. The certificate include an embossed gold seal, numbered 843, and signed by Bessie C. Sachs, and the hospital's president, secretary and treasurer. The accompanying publication includes a selection of articles about the hospital, staff lists and a 6-pages of endowments. This collection also includes a typed letter and receipt regarding Mrs. Sachs membership of the Hebrew Ladies Zekainim Association. All documents are in their original envelopes.
