Gilt-blocked black morocco label to spine, with gilt-crossed raised bands and gilt-tooled compartments. Spine bands and edges are somewhat rubbed and worn as with age. Some light wear also to panel edges, with slight bumping to corners. General surface wear evident to boards. All edges red. Marbled endpapers. Isolated worming evident to first 90 pages - text unaffected. Remains quite well-preserved overall.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 794 pages; Physical description: [22], 794, [46] p ; 19 cm.
